Hey my followers. sorry havent been on life has gone crazy with 5 jobs. but managed to scrape the dust off and get some time to write to you all. ok so today i want to talk about my favorite case in russian. its the genetive case. its so easy, masculine nouns end in A always so malchik is malchika. neuter nouns always end in A as well so moloko becomes moloka. feminine nouns usualy take i or y depending on ending. and then we have genetive plural which mostly ends in ov more can be found on this site if your realy interested. http://www.russianlessons.net/grammar/nouns_genitive.php ok another thing the genetive is used in place of the word of. so bottles of milk would be botilky moloka. and its used for possesion as andreis house or dom andreya or dom andreyev. ok so thats all i have for now. will post more when i have more time, will post all bout russian christmas next time.
